Important Deadlines

  • Proposal submissions: 15th July 2023 (vd. CFP)
  • Notification of acceptance: 15th September 2023
  • Registration with paper: 15th October 2023
  • Registration without paper: 5th November 2023

 

Submissions

Proposals for papers of 20-minute duration, related to the overall theme of the conference, in either Portuguese, English, French or Spanish, should be sent to the organizing committee on or before the 15th of July 2023. Proposals for papers should be submitted via the address dlc-ficcoesdoarquivo@ua.pt, including the following information:

  • Name(s) of the author(s)
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Title of the paper
  • Summary of the paper (maximum 250 words)
  • Short bionote (maximum 400 characters)
  • Contact address (e-mail)

All the proposals will be analysed by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance will be given on or before the 15th September 2023.

 

Registration

For registration, please send name and confirmation of payment to dlc-ficcoesdoarquivo@ua.pt. In order to issue a receipt, please indicate name, tax identification number and full address.

  • Conference fee with papers: 100 € (before 15th October 2023)
  • Conference fee for postgraduate students with papers: 50 € (before 15th October 2023)
  • Conference fee without paper: 20 € (before 5th November 2023)

All bank charges (inbound or outbound) should be borne by the remitter. The registration fee is not refundable in case of cancellation.

Teachers and students of the University of Aveiro and members of the CLLC are exempt from paying the registration fee. Nonetheless, the registration is mandatory for participation in the conference, even if being exempt from payment.

Certificates are individual, therefore, in the case of co-authored presentations, the issuance of certificates requires the registration of each author separately.

Postgraduate students must furnish proof of their enrolment in higher education courses to qualify for the reduction.
